Zettwoch has been making awesome hand crafted mini comics for a long
time now, so seeing a new issue of his series Redbird out this year was a treat.
Dan didn’t invent Americana or diagrammatic drawing, but he has perfected
it. He imbues roadside attractions with a magic that I can only dream of.
These are real “Dad Comics” to be sure. They’re rusty and mechanical like
stumbling across some cool design in a basement or garage. Note the big fold out in the second image!
